Thanks to everyone at the Times Union, including blog boss Michael Huber, for putting together another great event – a Christmas party in which bloggers and readers can get together and meet each other and have fun.
I had a great time chatting and conversing with my fellow bloggers, as well as with several people who read and enjoy my blog. And the capper being the showing of “A Christmas Story,” a fantastic film that just keeps getting funnier every time I see it.
I really wish I could have stayed longer, but I had plans to photograph the lunar eclipse – which, thanks to the nasty cloud cover and snow flakes, wasn’t going to happen for me this time. I guess I’m just going to have to wait until the next lunar eclipse comes to my neck of the woods – wherever that may be.
Still, it was a great time and I hope everybody shows up at the next TU blogging event.
Sorry I missed this one….I tend to hibernate in the winter.

Sorry, I didn’t say hi, but I was there. And it was great to see the movie on the big screen and not my TV. My husband and I both said there were things and facial expressions we hadn’t seen before and we saw this movie in the theaters when it first came out.

Hi Chuck. Thanks for coming out. You were a sharp-dressed man last night, Mr. Miller. Sorry the clouds got in the way of your photo op with the moon. See you at the next outing real soon.

Very nice chatting with you & others. Congrats on your recent hook-up with the Invisible Woman – which explained the sharp suit-n-tie ensemble.

Patience, Amanda, patience… I’ve got a Christmas in Iverhill story for tomorrow (you will like it), and an Elbo Room recap on Friday. So maybe I can squeeze you in on Thursday? 🙂

I drove by and saw the marquee warning of “Bloggers in the Balcony” — I wasn’t really sure what it meant but it scared me a little.
