Chuck, did you happen to find out the Canadian meaning of the word hoarding as used in this context?

Hoarding-Canadian for a flock of whores (they always spell things differently up there).

What I could find during my search is that hoarding up there can refer to some sort of scaffolding at a construction site. It cannot be blocking fire hydrant access. Not sure how correct my answer is? Chuck? I know it said to caption it, but I had to go the other way & find out what the heck it meant in the first place.
