May 30: This year’s Relay for Life Trivia Game!

As much as I enjoy playing competitive team trivia, I really really REALLY enjoy it when playing trivia helps raise money for a worthy cause.

And this year, that means participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Trivia game.

Get your friends and co-workers together, as the top trivia minds in the Capital District compete on Wednesday, May 30 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Martel’s at Capital Hills, 45 O’Neill Street in Albany.  It’s a standard “Trivia Nights Live” game – 20 questions of varying difficulty, with a grand prize at the end of the night.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle and a “bucket” auction, so bring plenty of donation money for the event.

The cost of entry is just $15/person, and there will be a limit of five players per team.  I’ve won this event in the past, and I’m looking forward to taking on A Few Cards Short of a Deck (the current champion), as well as all the other trivia teams in the area.

So get your friends together, and come down to Martel’s on May 30th for the fundraiser.  Looking forward to seeing you there.
