Get your groove on, Oliver Hardy!

Let’s start the dance.

I’ve seen these creative little film clips on YouTube for a while. They feature vintage old movie clips, as synchronized with modern music. I crafted a blog post on this in the past, so here’s another one.

You’ve probably seen this one.  It’s a clip of Laurel and Hardy from the film Way Out West, doing the old “soft shoe” to Santana’s Oye Como Va.

Like that? Here’s another one. This is from the film The Music Box, as Stan and Ollie get down with Aretha Franklin’s “Think.”

How about some Jumpstyle? This was taken from the Laurel and Hardy film Bonnie Scotland.

Time to change the genre. Here’s Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, from the film “Follow the Fleet,” as they dance their way through the Northern Soul classic “Bok to Bach,” by the Father’s Angels.

Hey look, it’s the Three Stooges as they channel the Jackson 5. Or at least a remix of the Jackson 5. Well, considering it’s a remix of Three Stooges episodes, I guess it all works.

Well, one Moe Larry & Curly clip isn’t enough… here’s a second, with that great “one-hit wonder” Lou Bega’s “Mambo No. 5.”

So let’s have a great laugh on a great weekend!
