It’s time once again for everyone’s favorite TU community blog recap.
And I want to make things perfectly clear. If I could make this a “Twenty for Thursday,” I most certainly would. Maybe someday I will.
But for now, here’s ten really well-written blog posts by my fellow Times Union community blog writing compadres.
They include:
- Bill Nettles on the “Comedy” blog, “Knowing your audience.“
- Brad Shear on the Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society’s blog, “Gifts that help animals.“
- Mary Martin’s “A Good Enough Life” blog, “Cousins.“
- Stephanie Snyder’s “A Professor’s Wife” blog, “Family (shopping) outing, round 2.“
- Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara’s blog, “Safer Roads Start With YOU: Get the Facts and Sign the Pledge!“
- David Kalish’s “The Ruminator” blog, “Yearning for life, version 1.0.” (Also: “How a Colombian doctor found herself in America – with me.“)
- Megan Willis’ “The Davenport Chronicles” blog, “Razor to the jugular at Love’s Supreme on Pearl.” (side note: I’ve had several haircuts at Love’s Supreme, it’s a great barbershop)
- Stacey Morris’ healthy living blog, “50 pounds heavier than a Vogue model – and purring like a kitten.“
- Rosemary Armao’s journalism blog, “How many state workers does it take to put up a new set of curtains?“
- Ken Screven’s blog, “12 Years a Slave: In black or white.“
So take the time today… maybe on your coffee break, maybe on your “what’s going on with the TU blogs today” break… and enjoy this assortment of amazing writing from the Times Union’s community blogging crew.
