Today is a very somber day for me. After attending my Aunt Dolores’ funeral yesterday in Delmar – which was emotional in and of itself – I received word that one of my beloved teachers at Street Academy, Ahmed Naqi, entered eternal rest. His services will be held today at the Masjid As-Salam Mosque on 276 Central Avenue, services beginning at 1:15 p.m.
