Best of our TU Community Bloggers, August 20, 2015: Ten for Thursday

Yawn.  Can’t sleep.  Insomnia kicking in.  Do not like.  Must find a way to go back to sleep and get my zzzzz’s…

I could sit and read several blogs by several community bloggers, but that wouldn’t put me to sleep.  Honestly, that would in fact keep me awake, because I’d want to read more community blog posts.

Like these, f’rinstance…

  1. David Kalish’s “The Ruminator” blog, “The awful similarity between Donald Trump and Ernest Hemingway.”  (Read this first.)
  2. Scott Jarzombek’s “On and Off the Shelves” blog, “Take me out to the ballgame.
  3. Azra Haqqie’s “Muslim Women” blog, “Hijabi, de-jabi and re-jabi.”
  4. Mickie Lynn in the “Waging Peace” blog, “Change Chuck’s Mind! Tell him why we need to support a nuclear deal with Iran. UPDATE: Paul Tonko says Yes!
  5. Brian Huba in the “Cat’s Pajamas” blog, “Facebook people.
  6. Rob Hoffman in the “Hoffman Files” blog, “Massapequa without ‘Waldbaums’? That’s like a forest without the trees!
  7. Roger Green’s “Information Without the Bun” blog, “Rage, and the suppression thereof.
  8. Sara Rose Wheeler’s ‘Roaring Twenties” blog, “How to properly spend your time – the Sara Rose Wheeler way.(Hey, can I get a customized infographic like this?)
  9. Megan Willis’ “East Hysteria, N.Y.” blog, “Detroit’s Belle Isle Aquarium & Hothouse of Lushness.
  10. Fran Rossi Szpylczyn’s “There Will Be Bread” blog, “The challenge of trust.

So I want to read more… I may never sleep at this rate.  And I hope that when you read this week’s harvest from the blogfarm, you too will want to read every piece – and then go and explore the rest of what the TU’s community bloggers are offering!
