You remember my photo Star Trails of Brown Tract Pond, don’t you?

Yes. That one.
Tomorrow, this picture, along with many others from may different artists and craftspeople, will be displayed at the New York State Museum on Saturday from noon to 4pm as part of a one-day Museum exhibit called “Great Places – Great Spaces.” My photo will be part of the Albany Center Gallery display event.
This is very inspiring for me. I remember when this little picture was created… traipsing into the darkest part of New York State a year and a half ago… using a time-lapse attachment to my Nikon Df, while at the same time employing a vintage f/1.2 lens to get the entire solar system in the shot…
Yeah, that was fun.
And tomorrow will be fun, as well.
And I should note… this may NOT be the only exhibition for Star Trails of Brown Tract Pond this year.
So keep your fingers crossed for this little beauty.
