Man oh man, Competition Season is getting packed like you wouldn’t believe. Normally I just have the five county / state fairs that constitute Competition Season, but this year I’m adding the Capital District Photo Regionals show, as well as a sixth county / state fair somewhere out west. I will reveal that in another blog post.
But last year, I had a tremendously wonderful time when four of my entries were selected for the prestigious New Jersey Photography Forum art show in Watchung. You know what? Let’s do this again.
And I’m bringing out some big guns this time. Three of my current “hammer” pieces are getting shown, along with an old favorite.
That’s right. Atomic Tulips, Ran Out of Firewood and Hudson River Sunrise are submitted to the Garden State. Along with my old lenticular superstar print Double Feature Family Friendly. You know … the one that claimed a big bright blue ribbon at the New York State Fair in 2021.
As I said before … I had a great time with the New Jersey International show last year.
And I hope there’s good results this year as well.
We shall see. 😀
