I hope you have a great Indigenous Peoples Weekend, with celebrations and plans to honor and accept those of the First Nations and other recognized tribes and collectives. Oh, and it’s also Italian-American weekend, so let us all celebrate the rich history of the Italian thread of our multinational culture. Oh, and for my Canadian readers, have a blessed Thanksgiving weekend, enjoy the pumpkins and turkey and poutine and donairs and Timbits and the Ottawa-Montreal Thanksgiving Day CFL game (do Steelers fans like me support the Redblacks or les Alouettes?)
