Or at least that’s what’s happening in this fantastic little art clip from Patrick Jean. This is a short film called “Pixels,” and I came across it while checking out the aintitcool.com website. Thought I’d share.
In this clip, imagine if the aliens from Space Invaders, the blocks from Tetris, and the antagonists from Donkey Kong attacked New York City with the same force and effect as they attack the coin-operated avatars that we controlled in those old video games of long ago.
