It’s Thursday, and you know what that means. In the Times Union’s print edition, the “Best of Our Bloggers” section is conspicuously absent.
So because the Times Union doesn’t want to showcase the quality work of their community bloggers in the paper’s print edition, once again I take up the banner and support my fellow bloggers. So it’s my pleasure to show ten more examples of the best writing from the Times Union’s collection of community bloggers. This week’s list of goodies includes:
- Reyna Eisenstark’s Collected Stories, “If You Really Want to Hear About It.“
- Mary Kenney’s “Pay It Forward” blog, “Inspiration Rides on Three Wheels.“
- Teri Conroy’s “Farmlife” blog, “Mothering and Farmering.“
- Richard Seegal’s “Your Brain: An Owner’s Manual” blog, “Meet Brain Man.“
- Dan Lyons’ Classic Car blog, “Rear View Mirror: 1947 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet.“
- Byrgen Finkelman’s entry in the Transgender blog, “I Need To See Your Identification, Please.“
- Don Rittner, “Welcome to Sturgeonville.“
- Mary Martin’s “A Good Enough Life” blog, “Ah, Those Yard Sales!“
- Professor Warren Roberts, “One Secret to Success Is…“
- Asra Haqqie’s “Muslim Women” blog, “Our Local Islamic School.“
And there you have it. Ten more blogs by ten hardworking Times Union community bloggers. Read them and enjoy.
I know I have.
Wow, thanks Chuck! It’s very nice of you to take the time to do this each week.
