I’m glad that this week’s “Ten for Thursday” recap of really good to excellent Times Union community blog posts didn’t fall on April 1st this year; or else I would probably put together a list of ten TU staff blogs instead. Yeah, that would have gone over as well as a groom passing gas just as the minister says, “I now pronounce you man and wife.”
Anyways… let’s get to the TU community blog goodness, shall we? This week’s blog posts that I think you will enjoy include:
- Paul Vedier in the high school blog, “Give Time Warner Cable a break.” (Read this first.)
- Kim Stuart Swidler’s “Travel Gal” blog, “Three or Six Months Passport Validity Rule: Do You Have Enough Time Left to Travel?“
- Dan Lyons’ “Classic Cars” blog, “Rear View Mirror: 1956 Buick Century.“
- Shannon O’Donnell, guest posting in Fran Rossi Szpylczyn’s “There Will Be Bread” blog, “Am I too late?“
- Andrew Gregory in the “CRUMBS” music blog, “MOVE Music Festival Returns.“
- Peter Bowden in the Gardening blog, “Just in time … flowers!“
- Meg Nigro Helligrass in the “Holistic Health” blog, “The power of our truth.“
- Roger Green’s “Information Without the Bun” blog, “Reclaiming public education in the Capital District.“
- Mike Roth’s skiing blog, “It is still Winter at Killington.“
- Nicole M. Arciello in the “Animal Rights” blog, “Another fail for Sea World, this time Twitter.“
Some really good blog posts this week for sure, and I’m sure you will enjoy reading all of them – as well as other posts from the TU blog community. Have a great day!
Oh, wait until April 7… meanwhile, thanks Chuck!
