Tower Hill – Stories from a Volcano and the Belfast Coast

There’s a section of Australia known as the Shipwreck Coast, not far from Melbourne. And on the Shipwreck Coast is a section known as the Belfast Coast Reserve, where 37,000 years ago, a great volcano created a geological outcropping known as Tower Hill.

And after dealing with the cold weather of upstate New York, I thought it might be a worthwhile endeavor for us to all travel for the day to Tower Hill, and witness the beauty and the grace and the wonder of this land. Oh, and if I need any excuse to showcase Goanna lead singer Shane Howard’s music, I’m gonna do that as well.

So if you’re going through a chilly, dreary Friday, hopefully this will improve your warmth and disposition. Enjoy.
