Good morning everybody!

Oh it’s going to be a great day … warmer temperatures, an Albany Patroons game tonight, lots of fun here and there…

And let’s get it all started with our usual Saturday recap of the best blogs from my fellow bloggers, podcasters, racounteurs and writers.

Starting off with our first seven, which includes community bloggers from the Albany Times Union.  They include:

  1. Don Rittner’s history and travel blog, “World’s Largest Kaleidoscope Worth the ‘Trip.’
  2. Albany County Executive Dan McCoy’s blog, “Making Albany County Healthier For All.
  3. Rob Hoffman’s “Hoffman Files” blog, “The Diner: Nothing Could Be Finer.
  4. Brian Huba’s “Cat’s Pajamas” blog, “I’m the Snake.
  5. Senator Jim Tedisco’s blog, “$1 Billion reasons why the Capital Region military bases matter.

I want to show off some photography blogs now … including this new one, where a gentleman resurrects old cameras, restores them, and shoots new film in them.  Sounds like a great idea.

  1. The Resurrected Camera blog, “Post-CLA Roll in the SPII.” (definition: he restored a Pentax Spotmatic II and shot film in it.)
  2. Rob Moses’ photography blog, “Stray Cat.

And now, seven more blogs from my personal blogroll.

  1. Roger Green’s “Ramblin’ with Roger” blog, “Smart black kids and ‘acting white.’
  2. Silvia Lilly’s “DelSo” blog, “Jeter got jumped.
  3. Rob Madeo’s “Keyboard Krumbs” blog, “Getting Baked.
  4. Daniel Berman’s “FUSSYlittleBLOG” blog, “The Princess and the Chicken Wing.
  5. Lazygal’s “Killin’ Time Bein’ Lazy” blog, “Just had to laugh.
  6. Carl Johnson’s Albany history blog “Hoxsie!”, “Mme Curie Regrets She’s Unable to Lunch Today.
  7. Amy Biancolli’s “Figuring Shit Out” blog, “Music = Sex.

Oh man, it’s going to be a great day today.  You have a great day as well!
