So last night, instead of traveling all the way up into the Adirondacks to photograph the brilliantly-lit CP Holiday Train, I instead watched the concert from the comfort of a laptop computer, a comfy couch, and some Date Night comfort. This is good.
Because Canadian Pacific runs the Holiday Train as both a Christmas tradition and as a charitable fundraiser for food banks throughout North America, it’s great that they found an arrangement that allows them to still hold the concert, while maintaining proper COVID-19 protocols and keeping everyone safe.
What,you missed the show?
Oh, that’s why I write a blog. The entire one-hour concert is embedded below. It’ll make for some great Sunday morning viewing.
So if you enjoyed the holiday concert, please consider making whatever donation you can to your local food bank, pantry or service organization.
And just know that when we get past this horrific pandemic … and we can all be together again … I’m going back on another Holiday Train chase.
I’m good with that. 😀
