There are ten types of people in this world. Those who understand binary numbers, and those who don’t.
Okay, that’s an old math joke.
But it works in this context.
Because yesterday – after running some errands, and driving home … I noticed something on my 2017 Chevrolet Volt Premier’s instrument panel.
And if I didn’t pull off the road and chronicle it … I’d miss it completely.
Luckily, I was within one mile of a highway rest stop. Pulled over just in time.
Pulled out the camera …
And took a picture.
Check out the odometer. That’s 58 binary miles, for sure. 😀

“Ready / hold,” “within one mile of a highway rest stop,” “…if I didn’t pull off the road…,” “Pulled over just in time.”
Sounds like it also lets you know when your bladder’s full. But I’ll defer to the manual.
