I’ve watched Game of Thrones for the past eight seasons. And although it seems that last Sunday’s episode, “The Iron Throne,” was listed as the series finale, for some reason my Apple TV listed an extra episode. Maybe it was an accident, maybe it was an Easter egg. But sure enough, apparently HBO made one…

The importance
This morning, I thought about the motivations that keep me going when days are dark. I thought about how difficult it is to persevere through troubles and tribulations. It isn’t easy. It never is. And I’ve made many mistakes along the way. So today, let’s talk about motivations. There are many things that could have…

And back we go to the Jericho Drive-In
It’s a beautiful Saturday evening, and I’m parking my car at the Jericho Drive-In in Glemont. There’s a double feature of Detective Pikachu and Shazam! on the big screen – I saw the latter (and wasn’t impressed), and I have no desire to see the former. So why did I spend money for Saturday night…

Happy Capital District Day! As you know, today is May 18, which also equates to one of the Capital District’s area codes (5/18). I suppose we could have a second Capital District Day for the other area code, as soon as August the 38th rolls around… But until then, let’s get to reading and enjoying…

I don’t use illegally pirated software. Eventually, though, I did purchase my own personal copy of Photoshop…

Yesterday, I had to run several errands – some doctor’s appointments (Chuck is okay), dropping off my Bob & Ron’s Fish Fry artwork to Arlene’s Artist Materials to get it framed up (it’ll be two weeks, plenty of time for Competition Season 2019), and a few other things. And in the afternoon, I had a…

The return of Bob and Ron’s Fish Fry
I said I would NOT do another one of these rug yarn latch hook projects. I was very clear on this. Clear like crystal. And the second I finished my last latch hook project… I already focused on my next one. Yeah, I’m a glutton for punishment, what are you going to do about it? …

Oh look, my Google News page suggested I might like this article on a nationally known website / news source. Okay, I’ll give it a glance. And a quick click and … I can see the article, but two seconds later, the screen goes black. And in that blackness, there’s a new screen on my…
