7 and 7 on Saturday, March 11, 2018

A quick note.  Don’t forget that tomorrow starts Daylight Saving Time.  Which means you have to set your clocks so that your 6:00 a.m. is now your 7:00 a.m.  Which means you’ll feel very sleepy and groggy going into work on Monday.

Oh yeah, and change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

But you should take care of one thing first.

That’s read some great blogs from my fellow bloggers and writers.  Here’s the links, enjoy your time.

Starting with seven blog posts from the Times Union’s community blogging team –

  1. Lawrence White’s “Field of View” blog, “Guns: Saratoga Springs does the right thing.
  2. Liz Lemery Joy’s “Joy In These Days” blog, “Hollywood elite adorned in jewels, surrounded by 500 police officers, lectures the little people.
  3. Fran Rossi Szpylczyn’s “There Will Be Bread” blog, “What really matters.
  4. Lale Davidson’s “Out of the Ordinary” blog, “Another evil, hypocritical liberal do-gooder f—ing up the world.
  5. Brian Huba’s “Cat’s Pajamas” blog, “The Diet Pill President.
  6. Rob Hoffman’s “Hoffman Files” blog, “Dial ‘H’ for Hernia.
  7. Laura Cofsky’s “Earth to Albany” blog, “Fossil Fuels a Pay to Play World.

All right, let’s take a squint over at the blogroll and read some goodness there.

  1. Silvia Lilly’s “DelSo” blog, “International Women’s Day on Wheels.
  2. Rob Moses Photography, “A Night Down This Street.
  3. Daniel Berman’s “FUSSYlittleBLOG,” “The Annual Jewish Food Festival.
  4. Roger Green’s “Ramblin’ with Roger” blog, “Time’s Up: Silence Helps the Tormentors.
  5. Lazygal’s “Killin’ Time Being Lazy” blog, “Physician, heal thyself.
  6. Carl Johnson’s Albany history blog “Hoxsie!”, “Why Haven’t We Heard of John Kruesi?
  7. Aaron Bush’s “Aaron Knits” blog, “Prepping the next project.

Okay, now I gotta go and get some batteries for the smoke alarms … and find all the clocks and reset them … so I hope you do the same.

Have a great day, everybody!
