Caption Time: Who likes ice cream?

For anyone to understand the incongruity of this photo, one needs to live in upstate New York. Stewart’s convenience stories (or, as we locals call them, “Storts”) have the best hand-scooped ice cream pints and quarts for year-round purchase.

So much so, that if you see in this photo, apparently even an ice cream truck must need their own dose of Philly Vanilla or Crumbs Along the Mohawk, I think.
